Aj tento rok sa v nemeckom meste Andernach otvoria brány od štvrtka do nedele. Festival Deathfeast je žánrovo smerovaný hlavne na death metal(podla názvu), brutal death metal, grind-core a slam. Tohtoročný line up je nabitý už od štvrtka a dominujú v ňom hlavne slamové kapely. Vrcholom večera síce bude brutal death metal z Belgicka – Aborted, no ešte pred nimi vystúpi legenda slamu Waking the Cadaver. V štvrtkovom programe určite poteší aj Extermination Dismemberment, ďalší zo zástupcov slamu, no z Bieloruska. Korpse a Acranius asi tiež netreba nikomu predstavovať, pretože momentálne patria k špičke slamových kapiel z Európy.
Piatok bude v znamení väčšej žánrovej rozmanitosti. Ako vrchol večera vystúpia poľskí Decapitated, ktorým budú predskakovať Humanity´s last breath, technický atmosferický deathcore zo Švédska. Guttural Secrete predstvia svoj brutal death metal z USA a predvedú sa aj ich krajania Skeletal Remains, ktorý prezentujú starú školu smrtiaceho remesla. Nedá mi tiež nespomenúť, že v piatkovej súpiske sa nachádzajú aj slovenskí Craniotomy. Z piatkového programu za pozretie určite stoja aj Traumatomy z Ruska a moji obľúbenci Implore.
V sobotu bude v headline dominovať brutal death metal – Wormed, Beheaded a Abysmal Torment. Festival ukončí grind-core legenda zo Švédska – General Surgery. Zo sobotňajšieho programu za zmienku určite stojí napríklad Rectal Smegma, alebo trochu exotiky a brutalu z Indonezie v podobe kapely Viscral.
